Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

Dropbox Sign helps us easily send secure agreements to our clients. Through Dropbox sign, both parties can view the agreements as well as sign them. We send services agreements as well as NDAs on a semi-regular basis, and the process is easy and straightforward. We've never had a client have trouble with it or question its security.

The platform is extremely user-friendly. I don't think I've ever had to look up any support documentation because everything is very straightforward and intuitive. I've also never had a client complain about the user experience or have any questions about how to sign an agreement. A person with any level of tech experience could use it.
I haven't taken full advantage of the customization capabilities, but the templates do seem to save a lot of time and effort.

It's best suited for small-to-medium-sized businesses that need to send secure and user-friendly agreements, especially services agreements and NDAs. It's also great if you need to upload a document and sign it yourself, so you have a record of it and can share it with another party. The subscription cost also makes it accessible.
