Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We employ DropBox signs when sending sales proposals. In the past, we'd email a PDF which the customer had to download, sign, scan, and send back. DropboxSign has made it simple to drag and drop a document into a portal that sends it to all necessary parties. The platform also makes it easy to review open agreements, easily resend if needed, etc.

Cons

I needed more clarity on using the drag and drop feature (despite ultimately figuring it out).

Time savings.
Reduction in paper waste (nothing to print).

Usability

I had to figure it out entirely on my own, and I think I pulled it off. I did not find an "online tutorial", which might have helped in hindsight.

So far it's been perfect for sending proposals that require a signature. This is all I'm using it for, so I cannot comment on other applications/use cases.
