Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We utilize dropbox for electronically signing job offers, change of employment letters as well as any documentation that needs an electronic signature. It is a great tool for a fully remote organization.

Pros

  • The application is very user friendly; I did not need any training in order to use it.

Cons

  • It would be great if you could edit your document instead of having to delete the entire document and re-upload it.
  • To be able to edit the document or add additional text to the document would be a great feature.
  • Dropbox has saved us considerable money rather than our last application we used.
It is a very easy application to use with no training necessary. It is very intuitive.
I do not like that you cannot edit your document after you have sent it out; you have to delete the entire document and then re-send it.
Dropbox is more affordable for our organization rather than Docusign.

Dropbox is well suited for sending out electronic job offers for signature or signing simple documents such as company policies. It is less appropriate to send out bulk documents for individual signatures.
