Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use DropBox to sign all contracts and reimbursement forms for our organizations. Great way to batch send documents and has lots of flexibility with which to generate documents for signature.

Pros

  • flexibility.
  • Ease of use when signing documents.
  • Professional looking documents.

Cons

  • More template access - get's finicky on templates.
  • Hard to search a particular document.
  • It would be nice to be able to pull back a document once sent in case there is a typo.
  • Faster time to contract signature.
  • Reduction in paper waste.
  • Accessibility in getting signatures.
There are issues at times navigating the system with the templates, complexity with placing boxes for signature, and issues returning to documents and using Dropbox sign as an archive of completed contracts/forms.
It is fairly configurable but at the risk of being less accessible.
It stacks up well, I don't have knowledge of other document signing services, though.

Great for signing documents between board members and clients and acknowledgment of reimbursements.
