Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
During the COVID-19 shutdown, it was almost impossible to get the proper forms and signatures that we needed to help our clients. When we first started entering the world of Digital Signatures, we were with a different company. That company provided terrible customer service, overcharged, and then threatened to cancel if we did not pay more. It was a nightmare! After we started using Hello/Dropbox Sign or onboarding, costs have gone, and have saved countless hours with the edit Temp feature. This is must have in today's world. I would recommend Dropbox just based on the customer service call I had to switch from a Free to a Corporate account. Nice, friendly, and knew what they were talking about. Great job!

- I know it has helped us collect vital payment info and client info.
