Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Dropbox Sign to send our customers our online service agreement. This is so convenient and easy to use. We upload a pdf of the agreement and edit the template by adding all the necessary type-in boxes/fields to receive all the info we need from our clients. We love that our customers can electronically sign the document, so we don’t have to chase them down or find time to get it from them. I think it also helps us to look more professional when signing on new clients. I love that Dropbox sign will also send reminders to clients if they haven’t signed the document yet. This helps us tremendously!

Drop box sign is very user friendly. I haven’t run into any issues when I upload my documents and create templates for our company. It’s very quick and convenient to use. We can easily log in and send our service agreement to a new client within minutes. Very happy with this service!
Dropbox sign offers all the necessary tools and template options that our business needs. We can easily add in auto-fill fields onto documents, custom text fields, signature boxes, etc. I love that we can add text boxes that are not required for our customers to fill out. We get to choose which boxes are required.

Dropbox sign is well suited in the options and features it offers. We are a small company, so we have a basic plan with only a few templates. It is perfect for what we need. There was one time that I had to upload a new template for our service agreement, and when I was trying to add the required fields for our customers to type in, they were not working correctly. I couldn’t get them to drag and drop onto the document. It seems this issue has been resolved because I haven’t had a problem with the last few templates I’ve edited/created.
