Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Dropbox Sign to manage offer letters and other agreements as part of the new hire onboarding process. These are loaded into Dropbox Sign as templates so that I can issue the same agreement easily each time.

Ease of using templates.
Easy for signee to access from mobile devices.

I'd like to see functionality for changing a PDF into a fillable form.

Templates and docs are easy to load, and assigning signatures is also quite easy.

Product Configurability

Dropbox is easy to use with templates and forms. I customize this outside of dropbox and then load them for the best appearance.

Likelihood to Recommend

This product is very useful when using templates or other basic items that need signatures. However, when I need to convert or manipulate documents and add text to make a correction before a second signature, I must use Adobe Sign for that.
