Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
I use Dropbox to sign client contracts within my business. I use contracts with every client. I am a fairly new business, but I like to document everything, and Dropbox sign does a great job of allowing an electronic paper trail. It is also easy to use.
- Documents each event within a contract.
- Informs me of when a contract has been viewed and or signed.
- Sends reminders to clients when a contract hasn't been signed after so many days.
- The templates option is not my favorite, there is not really an area for the template to be universal or customizable with every client, so I prefer not to use them and instead upload my own 'template' each time which ends up being easier.
- I would like more autofill options to choose from when selecting what to fill in on a contract.
- I can't tell you this information as I have only been using Dropbox sign for a couple of months now.
- I had HoneyBook before used the contracts within their system, and the signing time was about the same.
