Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

we are using for critical data backup for executives. i like the program as the user can easily manage their own data and not me

backups are better with Druva and windows 10. Iron mountain is too expensive and harder to manage.

we do not use it for general use, just directors and above

COVID-19 Changes

have not used customer support, but my co-worker has and it has been just fine

because it is easy to use
