Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

Druva inSync is being used across our entire Office 365 environment to back up user Email, OneDrive, and SharePoint Sites. It has significantly improved our data protection as it relates to Office 365 as we didn't have a formal back up solution prior to inSync.

Pros

  • Easy implementation.
  • Minimal maintenance requirements.
  • Seamlessly integrates with active directory.

Cons

  • First sync can take longer than expected.
  • Restore speeds aren't the greatest.
  • Peace of mind knowing user data is backed up successfully.
  • Improved governance.
Besides Druva inSync we tested Backupify. Druva inSync seems to have more features and has a better user experience.
Implementation went smoothly, but first backups took longer than expected.
