Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync
Druva inSync is being used across our entire Office 365 environment to back up user Email, OneDrive, and SharePoint Sites. It has significantly improved our data protection as it relates to Office 365 as we didn't have a formal back up solution prior to inSync.

Druva inSync is providing disaster recovery requirements for our Office 365 environment to include User Email, OneDrive, and SharePoint sites. We've had complete success with getting all data backed up and restores are completed without issue when needed.
We have not yet had a need to uncover non-compliance end-user data, but we're confident Druva inSync will be able to provide the necessary information when needed.
Our company is starting to implement NIST 800-171 compliance requirements for some of our government contracts. Druva inSync will play a major role in ensuring we're able to quickly and accurately comply with some of these requirements.
Besides Druva inSync we tested Backupify. Druva inSync seems to have more features and has a better user experience.

COVID-19 Changes
The Druva InSync has been working flawless during our COVID-19 remote-enabled workforce. From the IT perspective, the flexibility of being able to access the portal without needing to be connecting to the internal network is a plus. We've not had any issues and the product continues to function admirably for us.
We have not experienced any ransomware threats during the COVID-19 pandemic as our email spam and malware filters have been doing their job nicely. However, Druva inSync provides us multiple backups daily which would help should an attack occur. Some competitor products do not back up as often which would put the Company at large risk.
With the implementation of Druva inSync just over a year ago, our ability to manage employee data, especially with departing employees, has significantly improved. Office 365 Exchange Online does not provide a way to perform a traditional backup of user mailboxes. We've relied on Druva inSync's auditing capabilities as well as other governance features and they've performed flawlessly.
