Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

We use this as a solution to backup our Office 365 environment as well as user machines should they choose to use it.

Pros

  • Backups work well
  • Easy to use
  • Accessible

Cons

  • Restores aren't an optimal format
  • Notifications to users when backups do not happen (due to lack of change)
  • We found a good solution to backup O365
  • Easy to use machine backup solution
  • Restores could be better formatted
Druva hands down is far superior to Metalogix. Metalogix may be the most unreliable, garbage product I have encountered in my professional career. Druva was our answer to that mistake.
I assisted with the implementation, but in a more passive role. I found that the implementation seemed easy and straight forward.

Great for easy backups, especially Office 365. Users are receptive to the software, and find it easy to use.
