Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

We use Druva inSync across our organization worldwide to help protect and secure our high-value VIPs' data and endpoints. It allows IT to manage, monitor, and control our endpoints data and back it up successfully to the cloud.
  • For remote endpoint backup it can't be beat. Deduping, reports, speed--nothing I have seen comes close. It is best in breed.
  • It also helps with data security with remote wipe capability and geo fencing.
  • We often use it for user system upgrades; one exec called it the easiest PC refresh he ever had.
  • It frankly just works.
  • It used to offer baremetal restore on some of its products, backing up as an image; that would be a nice feature but not 100% necessary since a recovery of a system would require a new image anyway.
  • It gives IT peace of mind. We have multiple situations of PC crashes or stolen PCs where Druva inSync has saved our behind.
  • Druva Phoenix
We used Druva Phoenix for a while, and it suited our needs at the time. We have since transitioned away from it because more suitable products worked for us.
Implementation and SSO were dead easy to setup--no consultation at all really needed. The Druva support is excellent and their products are very well documented.

Lansweeper, Veeam Backup & Replication
It is the best in breed for backing up users systems, its user data profile management and persona backup work excellent. its really a piece of mind for IT knowing our Execs data is getting backed up. And if it isnt then I get a report of it.
