Overall Satisfaction with Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo

Duo / Cisco Secure Access is used across our entire organization to access content stored on our company VPN. Each morning I log in securely to access everything from email, my calendar, to Looker Dashboard data on my direct reports. With Duo enabled I can feel like my information is protected from unwanted "bad actors" looking to access our systems.
  • Requires a Push / Call / or Text notification to log in securely.
  • Duo App makes it easy to manage my multiple accounts that require authentication.
  • Log in process is quick and simple (under 30 seconds).
  • Process becomes complicated when I don't have my phone on hand.
  • An extra step (not a huge deal, just another thing on my morning routine).
  • Requests time out pretty quick.
  • Decrease in fraudulent attempted log-ins.
  • Increase in employer TRUST.
Extremely easy to use. I have the Duo Mobile app which allows me to take my secure access with wherever I may be traveling at the moment. All it takes is the press of a button once confirming my password online, no complicated security questions or hoops to jump through.
This feature is fantastic for use across multiple devices. I often am logged in both on my mobile device and company laptop and it certainly saves me the headache of having to re-establish my user identity each and every time when operating on my own devices. Essential for employees with 1 or more devices.
In a world with increased needs for data security, Duo / Cisco Secure Access can give companies peace of mind that their employees are all operating on a system that has their back for them. A simple process that goes a long way in terms of granting safe access to important company data.
