Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield

Dynamic Yield is being used by my organisation to provide a personalised experience for users on our site, run A/B tests to decide optimal best practices and also to serve product recommendations in our in-house EDMs. The tool is managed by a single team but being used collaboratively by many different teams throughout their organisation to serve their needs.
  • Very easy implementation of web features (easy even for a non-technical person)
  • A/B testing of almost everything on the site with detailed reports
  • Superb round the clock support
  • Reports can be even more detailed with more metrics to track
  • More templates could be provided for non technical users who cannot code
  • Increased engagement on pages with the use of recommendations
  • Increased conversion with the easy to set up AB tests
Dynamic Yield is suitable for organisations that want to serve a tailored and personalised experience for each user. It will be particularly relevant for sites that have a wide range of customers and thus need to cater to their different needs. Dynamic Yield is also particularly relevant for companies that are data driven and make their decisions based on data and not just gut feeling. This is, however, not a website building tool.
