Sifts out false-positives that we don’t need to worry about
Gets to the root of any issues very quickly
Provides focused paths to resolution

I wonder if I’m getting the best from it
Some of the pure paths can look different to my mental image of the architecture

Real focus to issue resolution
Essentially eliminates “blamestorming” between teams
“Feels expensive” when getting sign-off - you almost need a serious event to justify the cost, but you obviously don’t want that!

It is great for providing focused feedback on a complex multi-tier architecture.
Provides good levels of analytics for different areas of expertise.
Has excellent “c-suite” eye candy.
