Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We use it as a whole-stack monitoring tool for our eCommerce application
- Sifts out false-positives that we don’t need to worry about
- Gets to the root of any issues very quickly
- Provides focused paths to resolution
- I wonder if I’m getting the best from it
- Some of the pure paths can look different to my mental image of the architecture
- Real focus to issue resolution
- Essentially eliminates “blamestorming” between teams
- “Feels expensive” when getting sign-off - you almost need a serious event to justify the cost, but you obviously don’t want that!
