Dynatrace is giving us real insight into the customer experience online. As a result, we are able to deliver the best possible customer experience across all our digital channels.
Pros
- Browser behaviour monitoring
- Discovery of infrastructure
- Visualisation of application health
Cons
- Integration accuracy with Heroku cloud
- We can better steer our investments - away from bug investigation/fixing towards value delivery.
We used New Relic before and although both products have similar performance our development community is more at ease with the Dynatrace stack.
