Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

The tool is being used by our QA, Development and Operations teams. We use it to address performance issues, profiling, and to react to production problems.
  • Easy to implement.
  • Captures an array of information.
  • Nonintrusive.
  • Conversion from Appmon licenses to one agent could be more standardized.
  • Has helped reduce the mean time to detect and resolve of issues.
  • Application performance improvements.
I have not used any similar products.
If you require something to guide and pinpoint where the problem is within your system, then Dynatrace is the solution. It helps in all areas of understanding what is happening in your infrastructure and application/service.
