Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

I am working in the Flight Service department at American Airlines and we are on our journey of integrating Dynatrace in our current systems. It was very easy to work and install Dynatrace in our systems. Thanks to Dynatrace, we now have more insight into our application performance than before. This really helps our architects and developers in optimizing and troubleshoot our applications.

It was very easy to work with the support team from Dynatrace. Our issues are normally resolved in minutes. That really helps us in our journey to integrate Dynatrace into our current systems.
