Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

Dynatrace is currently being used in several areas across the enterprise, likely around 25-30%. This will continue to grow as more services are brought on board. We are looking for more responsive monitoring, self-correcting, and usable data, not just data.


  • Customizable dashboards.
  • Reduces the noise of unnecessary alerts.


  • Easier ways to monitor thick-client applications.
  • Increased data logging retention options.
  • ROI is immediate when accounting for the increased speed to resolution.
  • Root cause identification has reduced team stress and increased retention.
Live chat options have only been needed a handful of times, but are always immediate and get our questions answered. The SR has been responsive to our needs/questions and worked to get solutions for us within a short turnaround.

All of our web-apps should have this implemented. App health and real-time self-healing are good now and will only get better. We have several thick-client applications which would benefit hugely from this type of RUM and logging. Hopefully, we can make it an affordable option.
