- Provides information to make strategic decisions
Cons
- Only concern I have is changing my password every 3 mo. It's a hassle and I always have to call support.
- Saves a lot of time in having key customer info. easy to find.
Makes it easier and faster to look up contracts.
It's great having it all in one database.
Cloud based, saves on having to purchase expensive HW equipment.
