Contract Management is largely dependent of making good choices for consistent reporting. It is very beneficial to maintain contract history for devices installed in multiple contracts over the life of products. Profitability tracking by contract is greatly beneficial.

Logistics Console for service calls and supply order fulfillment of items needed. Billing processes could be more intuitive. Purchasing should have pricing tables to reflect vendor special pricing in a similar fashion to the sales order process.
