Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

For the most part, it's user-friendly if you know how to navigate the program. Otherwise, if you have a problem and need help, it does take a representative a couple of days to get back to you on the issue you're having. I would say it is a space saver.

We are able to put contracts as well as all of our customers and the printers and copiers they use in the system. They also have space to put the toners and the copiers for each of the toners that the copiers go with, which also saves time. Thank you.
It has had an excellent impact. However, when we do the RTV orders, for some reason, when we have a faulty cartridge, it messes up the inventory, and we can't figure out how to fix it. I have previously answered this question in the other comments as well.
I'm not sure I wasn't in this company with the previous software that was used. But I'm sure that the old software didn't hold up because they were shopping elsewhere, and that is why they chose e-automate. I have used other programs in the past at previous places, and this one seems to work well.

The business that we are in works well for our company due to having copiers and printers and us needing to enter meters. Also, it helps with dispatching calls, sending invoices out to all of our customers, and paying invoices to our vendors.
