Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Two subsidiaries will be using the product to provide e-Sign capabilities to its potential policy holders and existing agents.

Pros and Cons

Sandbox is responsive
Help is pretty concise

Since we are still in the discovery phase, I am keeping this review based on my developer's experience with the response time of the email workflow. I think e-Sign Live can do much better in speeding up their Sandbox so that it mimics a production environment in terms of response times.

Return on Investment

I think this will lead to better customer service and overall more streamlined document handling process.

Alternatives Considered

We were also considering Docusign but with the similarity of product and functional offering, it boiled down to price and possibly a better support system.

Likelihood to Renew

Again, we are just starting to use the product and still in discovery and proof of concept phase so my renewal decision is still conservative at this point.

Likelihood to Recommend

The key questions for our Line of Business are:

Will this allow on-site signature procedure?
Will it allow merging of data besides putting in signature on a PDF?
Will it allow archiving and downloading of signed documents from e-Sign Live's servers to ours?
