Overall Satisfaction with Easy Projects
Easy Projects is used widely across the company in all departments. It is our main tool for time tracking, project budget tracking, resource tracking, and project management.
- Very good tool for time tracking
- Easy to manage resourcing
- Links to financials so you can tack project budget costs
- Tracks overall project health
- Would love to see a way to create a project plan that is user friendly with various colours
- More robust reporting that would provide easy view to budget by task by person
- Would like to view various projects in different windows without going back and forth
- More efficient ways to manage resource allocations
- Efficient way to see how far off or close we are with our costs for projects
- Great view to take a look at where we can improve efficiencies
East Projects integrates with other financial systems such as NetSuite and Compass, which allows a great financial view into the existing and future projects and overall financial health of our resourcing. Other systems, such as Wrike and MS Projects, just focus on project/task management, whereas this is a one-stop shop. It also allows us to manage internal resources.
