It's supposed to make booking travel easier, it doesn't.

Incredibly difficult to book travel now
Productivity down due to it taking so long to try to get it to book anything.
Trying to find ways to not travel to avoid dealing with this terrible system.
No positives.

Poorly. FCM was functional, this is not.

No scenario where it is well suited.

Not a usable service. No ability to book connecting flights. Can't find specific chain hotels that are in the area. Either prejudice or ignorance on naming convention.

Basically not appropriate as a corporate booking system.

Avoid and save yourself hassle.
