Easy to use and to understand
Aspen is more straightforward in creating a course of personal development recognized by our industry, but your ELMO Software is generally easier to use. As the workforce in our company is very often built by the majority of people with basic academic background education, IE they often have only just completed year 10... it is very important your element of making it easy to understand, using simple words and clear explained multiple choices in the final quiz

Maybe creating 2 separate training modules for the basic tradesman employed by Stowe and one more in-depth for the responsibilities to be taken more seriously by the management team, who often are just experienced workers (only because of the time they spent working for Stowe other than for having undertaken more comprehensive educations and courses on Health and Safety)
