Learning & Development - Training purposes.
  • Development of training modules.
  • Record of training modules undertaken.
  • Catalogue of courses.
  • Perhaps put some suggestions in "Recommended" courses based on the type of modules completed or viewed.
  • Advise if legislation mentioned has been updated or changed.
  • Suggest external courses based on type of modules completed or viewed.
It is easy to use and also has different filter options.
I am not sure whether you are asking how the learning & development team rates ELMO Software or how ELMO supports our team when issues arise with the software? It is not my decision to purchase the software nor am I involved with the maintenance of the software.

Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
Ideal for learning and development purposes. Sometimes glitches are in progress but it has apparently been due to the trainer's error, not the system necessarily. Not great for performance review. Locked into questions that may not have any relevance to a particular job.
