Overall Satisfaction with Emarsys

We use Emarsys as our ESP. It helps us to communicate with our customers and better understand their behaviour.

Pros

  • Good segmentation
  • Good reporting
  • Once implemented, it's a fast and easy to use tool

Cons

  • The on-boarding process is not straightforward
  • It's not cheap
  • It has helped us to create email campaigns in an easier and quicker way.
  • It has added flexibility to our daily operations.
  • It is not a cheap tool.
  • To use in full capability, dev work is required.
Emarsys is more intuitive and easier to use than Adestra. Its customer personalisations and segmentation capabilities are stronger.
Emarsys is well suited to segment a customer base and help with communicating in a personalised and direct manner with them.
