Overall Satisfaction with OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

It is used by a few departments at the moment. It helps to manage sensitive documents in a secure way.

  • Ease of Use or user adoption
  • Robust integration with other applications
  • Fast and Secure document storage and retrieval
  • Improved efficiency with single repository and taxonomy structure
If you need robust repository with ultimate performance and no downtime go for Documentum. However, do not expect it to be the best interface for users unless you develop a custom application. EMC has done well with D2 compared to Webtop but still has a long way to go compared to the richness of the user interface provided in current times.

Stable product with no issues so very high chances of continuous usage.
