Overall Satisfaction with Emma
We use are an agency white labeler of Emma. So for our clients who are looking to run only an email marketing program, we use the Emma software. As I mentioned, we do white label this software.

- Emma's functionality is somewhat different than other email platforms so it can take a little while to get use to and know how to set it up. I recommend reaching out to a customer service rep at Emma with any questions as they are super helpful.
- For us, this tool has helped us to streamline all of our clients' email needs in one place. Rather than having to log in to multiple profiles in multiple different software, we have everyone's email campaigns in one place under one login. That has been great.
- For our clients, we have had great success with lead nurturing through Emma's workflows.
Constant Contact and MailChimp do not offer a white label option so they were out of the running early on for us. Campaigner does offer white labeling but their pricing is outrageously higher than Emma, their customer service isn't nearly as good and their tool isn't as intuitive or easy to use. HubSpot is a great tool if you are looking to run multiple tactics (and we do have clients using it) but it is too expensive and multifaceted if clients are only wanting to run email campaigns.
