Overall Satisfaction with Emma
We use Emma to send out all of our e-blasts for our annual event. We design some of our own, as well as sell sponsored ones to our constituents. The only department that really utilizes it is myself, but we have a very small staff of less than 10 people. It helps us communicate much better with our seminar attendees.
- They help with ease of template planning for emails.
- They help us manage our email list.
- Their customer service is very sweet and helpful.
- We would love to be able to use our own fonts.
- Wish I could do it through an app on my phone!
They are not the same interfaces.
