Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud

We are using Emplifi for Social community management as we have a global Instagram page. As the volume of inquiries grows, it becomes increasingly challenging to differentiate and allocate queries to their respective countries. Utilizing Emplifi, we have successfully segmented customer queries according to their country of origin

  • It would be great if we can setup our paid campaigns via Emplifi in future. so that we have a single dashboard for everything.
  • Emplifi helps us to communicate with our Audience in a faster and better way
