Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud

Our org uses it to manage our social media content for posting as well as the management of user generated content which we then use on our website and mobile app to enhance users' experience and help them get inspired to select to best item for their space.

Overall it is very easy to use but there is a learning curve to get there. While some things you can figure out yourself there are many times where you will want to ask questions before jumping in because there is the possibility you can make a mistake and when you are part of a large global company mistakes can have very big impacts, in my opinion.

This product is well suited for medium to large size organizations who are looking to consolidate the management of all of their social channels and assets and get the most use out of them across a myriad of use cases. Their API is especially powerful as it allows you the flexibility to use the content in as many creative ways that you can come up with.
