Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud

Use it on a daily basis to schedule content, share content calendars with key stakeholders, and analytical reports. Business problems this addresses: giving directors an overview of content and allowing them a quick glance at all time what is coming up on social.

Pros

  • Schedule content quickly and effectively
  • Provides dashboards for important KPIs that we need to report on
  • Labels to quickly find content within different campaigns

Cons

  • Link in bio - really hit or miss if these save or not. Sometimes they do and sometimes have to refresh and try again over and over again.
  • Sometimes the analytics within the native platforms (like TikTok) are really different than the analytics Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud pulls through.
Love how easy and straightforward Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud is for users. The only thing that I've had trouble with would be with labels - sometimes it's hard finding where the labels go and how to tag them all at once. Might just be a user thing though!
