Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

I've been a user of Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for 3 years now and it was initially brought in because we were looking for an all-in-one solution for a client. Sprinklr was not only confusing and convoluted, but very expensive. After researching a number of solutions, we had an excellent demo and a 2-week trial of the tool. After the trial, we decided to move forward with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud because we needed a centralized platform to manage all of our social media accounts, in particular, TikTok. Not only could we schedule posts, respond to customer comments, but also monitor metrics and even perform social listening. All of these capabilities were within the tool. Lastly, we also use it for competitive benchmarking to get a better understanding of brand metrics and even plan for upcoming holiday campaigns.

Every time I've reached out to our account manager or even support in general, they've been there. I love the fact that I can always ask for help. Also, the chat function within the tool is helpful as well. It is something I always look for in a solution because when you're in the middle of working, and there is an issue, you can quickly reach out and get an answer.
Not only have we used other tools, we reviewed a few tools before deciding to move forward with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud. Cost was definitely a factor, but also account management and responsiveness. The fact TikTok was available for community management was a key consideration at the time we decided to go with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud as well. Overall, it was the comprehensiveness of the tool vs. competitors that led us to choose Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud. Its AI and unified management capabilities have been great for our needs.

For those looking to move to a more streamlined solution that is intuitive, easy to work with, and account management that is responsive - Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is a great solution. They particularly excel for brands that have a separate team that handles community management vs. guest service. We have two teams that have two different objectives and the way the tool is designed is perfect for our needs. Both can play in the sandbox at the same time to achieve their objectives. We didn't have that capability with other solutions. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is definitely more suited to brands that need an all-in-one solution. If you're only looking for Social listening or Content Planning and Scheduling, I wouldn't recommend this tool for one-offs.
