Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud- or Socialbakers a few years ago - is a very handy tool for me to handle community requests, manage my social media editorial schedule, and evaluate almost all the activity I manage on social networks. It's important to me that I use a tool that covers all these different aspects of being a social media manager, and that I don't have to switch back and forth between different tools. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud offers me exactly that, and except for a few cuts (mostly due to the API of the respective networks), I have everything covered that I need in my everyday work.

As with any other technical application, there is bound to be a bug or technical problem every now and then. However, in my opinion, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud's chat support is one of the better ones - you usually get an initial response within a few minutes, and the staff there are friendly and eager. You can tell that they have dealt with their product and have an understanding of the subject matter.
In contrast to other tools in this field, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud scores especially with its user-friendly interface. Very much within the platform is intuitive, so that even newcomers can quickly find their way around it. It is not unnecessarily complicated, but provides exactly the data that is important for my daily work.
