Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

USE: planning editorial plan, share ed. plan with client and manage rework, data analysis and community management
It helps us to manage different account without using the single platform (META, LINKEDIN, TIKTOK...) but using only one tool. It's also usefull for data elaboration, because we have a lot of account to examinate.

  • I don't have numbers, but Emplifi certainly saves us time in community management, data processing and content scheduling.
Emplifi is better than Hootsuite and Falcon.io in community management, report and calendar
Sprinklr is the best one but it's more expensive
We use Brandwatch only for web listening

USE: for agencies that need to manage many clients; for clients that have a large number of comments/DMs (e.g., ecommerce, food products...) because it allows you to track client conversations, assign sentiment, and check the status of conversations (done, in progress...).

the balance between quality and price si perfectperfect for agency that have many client to manage, because it helps us to save time (we don't have to plan content from every single account, only one click to look at different community and moderate...)it also help the team works: senior can review content direcly from emplifi; labeling DM/comments as done help us to track where a collegue stop and we have to startIt makes the content approval from clients very easy
