Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

Emplifi helps us to create awesome report on social media! I've also used other tools during the last few years and Emplifi looks like one of the best solutions I've ever used: easy to use, fancy dashboards, and reactive support when you have any problems! Hope they will continue to improve the tool and provide us with the best social media analytic tool!

  • Clarify all widgets ( what mean the data and where the data is collect).
  • Provide more widgets.

  • Easy to identify the best influencer.
  • Save time to answer to all DMs.
Most of the time, the support can help us in the next 10 minutes, and they are also able to create dashboards for you! That's super efficient, and it saves time for us.
The reporting part is much more fancy and easy to use than Brandwatch! However, I use more the ENGAGE and PUBLISH functions of Brandwatch because I'm more efficient with it.

Emplifi is a super easy tool to create a fancy dashboard. I can easily find the data I need for Instagram or Facebook, and I'm able to compare results to other countries! It's also a nice tool to publish and program social posts for the week! We can save a lot of time with it!

Emplifi allows us to integrate with other systems in quite an easy way! Also, it's important to have an easy-to-use tool.
