Overall Satisfaction with Empower
We use Empower to maintain employee profiles, including punch-in-out timings, financial management, referral tracking, surveys, feedback, routing inter-team requests, reimbursements, help desk, and many other employee activities. So far, it has been a great tool for routing requests, managing the helpdesk, and other utilities.
Pros
- Managing the helpdesk tickets.
- Automatic financial tracking and information.
- Maintaining management requirements, along with providing a clean interface to end users.
Cons
- Sometimes the tiles are removed automatically or stop working.
- It has improved employee experience and is a good tool for management to track things.
It stood out when compared for features, legacy, customer support, and on-premises deployment.
