Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae

Encompass is used across the whole organization. In order to facilitate a single software experience, we embed a lot of extra utilities inside of the Encompass framework.
  • SDK Development and customization
  • Single source for Loan Workflow
  • Active User community
  • Time from identification to resolution of software issues
  • Patches need to be tested better before being rolled out to the masses
  • Sections of the software are not accessible from the SDK
  • Ability to modify Encompass to fit our workflow, allows us to streamline our training.
  • Simplified management screens allows for a reduced IT Staff
We have been with Encompass for over 12 years. Back then Encompass offered the most customization, which it continues to allow today. The abilities they grant to customize the environment is unparalleled.
Interfacing with GSE is extremely easy. However when dealing with complex loan programs such as bond, DPA, or specialty programs; it requires a lot of customization to ensure compliance with those programs.
