Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae

Currently we use Encompass for the origination and processing of our entire mortgage portfolio.
  • We recently went through the conversion from Broker to Banker and have been very satisfied with the efficiencies created by going paperless.
  • At this point I have not heard any pain points from my team members.
  • Very much a positive ROI with Encompass!
Encompass gives us all the functionality we are looking for with the efficiencies that help us to keep costs low and still provide outstanding service to our credit union membership.
Utilization of Encompass includes both portfolio and secondary market mortgage products as well as the processing of these mortgages. We will be moving to doing all second mortgages in Encompass in 2017.
