Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
We use Encompass in our mortgage line of business. It has created so much efficiency in the process of going paperless. It has brought on more borrowers that prefer to use the computer or electronic signatures instead of coming into a branch to sign initial and closing documentation. For those that have difficulty with e-signing, Encompass makes it easy for them as well.
- Communicate and service disruptions, updates and product information thoroughly and timely.
- Creates a flexible system that allows you to mold it to their specific business practices.
- Constantly making improvements that are seamless to the users.
- Some improvement in the report building feature to assist with getting totals and formats so users can just run a report without making changes once it opens in Excel.

Encompass has a lot more capabilities and efficiency.
