Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae

Currently, Encompass is used as our LOS system.
  • The ability to custom features to work best for our company.
  • Ability to create business rules.
  • Up to date on regulations.
  • When working remotely there tend to be some issues with the system moving slow.
  • Provide better updates when forms have been changed.
  • Encompass is the LOS system our company uses. It would be nice if there were less screens that had to be used for the closing piece.
I have only worked on DataTrac and I do prefer Encompass over DataTrac.
Encompass was difficult to learn at first due to having to transition to so many different screens to accomplish some of the same data.
