Currently, Encompass is used as our LOS system.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The ability to custom features to work best for our company.
Ability to create business rules.
Up to date on regulations.

Cons

When working remotely there tend to be some issues with the system moving slow.
Provide better updates when forms have been changed.

Return on Investment

Encompass is the LOS system our company uses. It would be nice if there were less screens that had to be used for the closing piece.

Alternatives Considered

I have only worked on DataTrac and I do prefer Encompass over DataTrac.

Likelihood to Recommend

Encompass was difficult to learn at first due to having to transition to so many different screens to accomplish some of the same data.
