Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae

We use it across the whole organization as our loan origination system of record.

  • Encompass allowed all of our separate mortgage organizations to merge onto a single platform. This has allowed us to move from 9 separate and independent LOS systems into one.
  • We have been able to eliminate all of our separate loan pricing engines and several legacy hosting vendors.

Harland E3 - This system is no longer supported

Calyx Point - Large compliance holes

Encompass is more flexible than either of these two software resources

Full end to end solution for the mortgage loan lifecycle. Encompass has the capability of being our single system to meet all of our mortgage needs. We have been able to highly customize the system and build interfaces to some of our key vendors. One drawback is the field limitation in its reporting database.
