Overall Satisfaction

We used Informer when we were on UniData 3 years ago. It was a great product at that time, but since then we have switched to SSRS because we moved to SQL.
  • Easy for end users to use
  • Difficult to maintain meta data
  • Great Support
  • Meta data maintenance needs improvement
  • More external use other than Iframes
  • Freed up IT resources to work on other projects
Query builder, and UniQuery
Because we are using SSRS now.
If you are on UniData it is the only way to go for end user reporting.
