Overall Satisfaction with Entrinsik Informer

Informer is being used by Development for selections, mailing lists, analyitics, auditing, financial reports, you name it.

Pros

  • Run complicated and simple queries
  • Schedule daily, weekly reports
  • Use as a department tool to communicate with colleagues

Cons

  • The steps to build the report is a bit cumbersome
I did not have a chosice, but I am happy with the decision to use Informer. Works well for the department, easy to navigate.
I am not involved in the decision making of the renewal.
I like that you can share reports without compromising the structure/ criteria of the report.
