Overall Satisfaction with EPAY Systems
We use EPAY Systems as our Labor & Time management software which directly interacts with the Employee time clocks at each of our workforce locations. It seamlessly handles all of our employee punches, breaks, and PTO management used to create the employee paychecks. The Overview function allows us to track all current hours in real-time from anywhere. The reports that are produced communicate directly with WorkDay and are rolled into the Operating Statements for Facility Labor vs the projected budgets for both total hours and total dollars.

- All-time punches are rounded to 15-minute intervals which can skew accurate break times.
- Slow lading or occasional lags due to server overload.
- Sync errors cause occasional overlapping punches.
- Easy manipulated reports for upper management to analyze.
- Simple payroll processing.
- Someone always answers the phone when you call for support!
