This tool is a very efficient and effective tool for Workforce Management Software
that we have employed in some of our company’s departments. We have been using
it to manage all our employee handling work like time and attendance plus
scheduling, planning, and even optimization. I use this product for different
things and it works pretty well in catering to all of them. There is very good navigation and there is a
good layout for employees to understand as well. I find their interface to be
very user-friendly as well and many functionalities of the tool just work the
same throughout the platform so this gives users the ability to anticipate how
some functions are supposed to work.

- Their customer support is good and responsive with some very informed level of assistance that I highly appreciate. The customer support of Blueforce is just incredible. Whenever you need an immediate resolution on any area of concern this tool is right there to help you. You can even put a ticket via the portal in the software and that I think is quite cool.
