Overall Satisfaction with EPAY Systems

By using EPAY systems HCM, Time, and Labor and Payroll products we were able to reduce our overtime labor costs significantly. We were also able to provide our employees with additional views into their information. With the new functionality, we'll be able to extend those employee services yielding additional savings and improving employee satisfaction.
  • EPAY team is responsive to our needs. Excellent team who understands our challenges and helps us come up with solutions.
  • System functionality is configurable so that we minimize custom programming.
  • Even though the report writer is robust, we could still use a more user-friendly alternative.
  • Labor costs have been lowered.
  • Operations have become more efficient. Payroll is processing at 99.6% accuracy.
  • Operational efficiencies realized by cutting processing times.
EPAY is more configurable and is better suited to our needs vs ADP's one size fits all product. PeopleSoft would need to be customized to handle all our union rules.

EPAY is well suited for companies that have multiple unions with complex union rules to address. The systems are built out to be configurable and handle all different situations that may come up. The products integrate well so there is no need for special APIs or interfaces to be built out.
