Overall Satisfaction with eScribe

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to set up meetings through Microsoft. It is pretty good as a meeting tool but we do have overlap with our other Microsoft products, especially SharePoint and our Outlook calendars.
It does help keep us organized and on track but does have a bit of a learning curve that results in people going elsewhere.

Usability

It is not too bad to use but it also seems to be trying to fill a need that we already have met with our existing programs. I like how easy it was to push out to folks but it really just doesn't seem that much better than what we already had.

It works well for scheduling and coordinating meetings. It also is ok as a project management tool, as long as everyone else is using eScribe. Where we have trouble is when some people try and use eScribe and other people are not familiar with the program and use something else. Then it gets messy and we are better off just using excel
